Generally, the rates are based on age and location. Adult rates are full priced. Youth and Students are half priced. Seniors receive a 20% discount. Youth and students are required to present photo identification to verify age or student status. If verification can't be authenticated, the full rate will be charged before entry. Registration by age is necessary to provide event promo items and for food services.

To change locations, please email our administrative office (hustle@kelmacademy.org) with your full name, phone, e-ticket number, current location and desired location. Upon verification, we will attempt to find space at the desired location, but is not guaranteed.
Group orders of 10+ individuals are charged a 10% discount. One payment method is required for the group.
Since conference items must be purchased in advance, we incur costs each time a patron registers. Cancellation must occur, without exception at least 30 days in advance of the seminar for a full refund. Any cancellation in the month and days leading up to the conference will incur a 50% deduction of the rate pay. All payment processing fees are non-refundable.
You may sponsor any youth ages 12-17 but they must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets for youth groups may be purchased, but since the youth rate is already discounted, no special group rate exists.
Kelm Academy, and the co-hosts are academic institutions and 501(c)(3) organizations. If you need a tax-deduction statement, please email our administrative offices at hustle@kelmacademy.org with your request. After verification of registration, a formal donation letter will be sent to you.
